6.D. - Page 22 of 108 <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY AND <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, California 94063 <br />Attn: City Clerk <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />Emergency Vehicle Access Easement Deed <br />THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR DECLARES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The undersigned declares that this Grant Deed ("Deed") is exempt from Recording Fees pursuant <br />to California Government Code section 27383 and exempt from Documentary Transfer Tax <br />pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code section 11922. <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, 353 Main <br />Street Apartments, LP, a California limited partnership (Grantor) hereby GRANTS to the City of <br />Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation (Grantee), a permanent easement <br />("Easement") in and to that certain real property in Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br />of California as more particularly described in and shown on Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The portion of real property described in and <br />shown on Exhibit A and Exhibit B shall be used for the purpose of emergency vehicle access and <br />be kept free and clear of vehicles, buildings and structures of any kind. The provisions of this <br />Deed are intended to and will run with the land, and, until their expiration or termination in <br />accordance with the terms of this Deed, will bind, be a charge upon and inure to the benefit of <br />Grantor and Grantee, their respective successors and assigns. <br />THE PURPOSE(S) AND LIMITATIONS ON USE OF THE EASEMENT. The purpose of the <br />Easement shall be for the right of ingress and egress of emergency vehicle purposes over, along, <br />upon, under, and across the portion of real property described in and shown on Exhibit A and <br />Exhibit B.
