Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement <br />between InfoSend, Inc. and Redwood City for eBusiness services, data <br />processing, and print and mail services for utility billing <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the professional services agreement between Redwood City and InfoSend, <br />Inc. extending the agreement for a period of three years for the not to exceed <br />amount of $300,000, and authorize the City Manager to further extend the <br />agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000 per extension term, for a total not to exceed contract amount of <br />$675,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
