6.C. -Page 71 of 111 <br />1.2 Definitions. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below <br />whenever used in this Agreement and the Exhibits attached hereto. Additional terms are defined <br />in the Recitals and text of this Agreement. <br />REV: 02-25-2020 PR <br />"Affordable Housing Ordinance" is defined in Recital C. <br />"Affordable Housing Plan" is defined in Recital C. <br />"Affordable Rent" is defined in the Regulatory Agreement <br />"Area Median Income" is defined in the Regulatory Agreement. <br />"City" means the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation. <br />"City Council" means the City Council of the City of Redwood City. <br />"City's Authorized Representative" means the City Manager of the City <br />of Redwood City or his or her designee. <br />"Conditions of Approval" is defined in Recital D. <br />"Developer" means Premia Capital, LLC, a California limited liability <br />company. <br />"Eligible Household" is defined in the Regulatory Agreement. <br />"HHDC" means HIP Housing Development Corporation, a California <br />nonprofit public benefit corporation. <br />"Official Records" means the Official Records of San Mateo County. <br />"Planning Commission" means the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />"Project" is defined in Recital B. <br />"Project Housing Impact Fee" is defined in Section 3.1 <br />"Property" is defined in Recital A. <br />"Regulatory Agreement" is defined in Section 3.2. <br />"Rolison Property" is defined in Section 3.1. <br />ATTYIAGR.2020.0391Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC (Page 3 of 42) 98 <br />
