Approve the parcel pap for the development at 1180 Main; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement <br />agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance <br />agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a shared parking covenant with <br />Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />6. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an affordable housing impact fee <br />agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC and HIP Housing Development <br />Corporation; and <br />
