Z That certain agreement entitled, "Non -Exclusive Permit to Use Space" by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, by and through its Board of Port Commissioners and <br />Golden State Bridge, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br />3.
