EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />I. Scope of Work <br />Consultant will convert the City's existing payment processing IVR from existing Mitel <br />Summit platform to the Twilio Cloud -Based CPaaS platform. This project will involve <br />converting the exact current call flow logic from Summit into the new Twilio Platform. This <br />will also include adding a question for account number structure that will support the City's <br />new account number structure going live in June 2020. This project does not include any <br />lookup referencing between existing and new account numbering schema. Consultant will <br />also provide current Custom Software Support through September 15, 2021. <br />II. Fee Schedule <br />For IVR Migration from Summit to Twilio, City shall pay Consultant a flat rate of $12,500. <br />For the additional work of referencing new account numbers or data schema changes for <br />interfacing with the City's new utility billing system, City shall Consultant on an hourly <br />basis at $156.25 per, hour. The total not to exceed amount of this Agreement is $16,250. <br />The pricing tables do not include taxes. <br />REV: 02-27-2020 EI <br />
