<br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE
<br />The City of Redwood City owns the property at 1402 Maple Street and the County of San
<br />Mateo owns the property at 1580 Maple Street. The County of San Mateo commissioned
<br />Phase I and II environmental site assessments for both properties by ACC Environmental
<br />Consultants. SCA Environmental, Inc. shall review the following documents and provide
<br />an opinion regarding the environmental condition of each property:

<br />• Soil & Groundwater Investigation Report, 1580-1590 Maple Street, Redwood

<br />SCA Environmental, Inc. shall prepare a technical memorandum, by February 12, 2020,
<br />summarizing their review findings, including an opinion on the environmental condition of
<br />each property, including determining if one property is more significantly contaminated
<br />than the other, identifying the contaminants, providing potential mitigation measures for
<br />each contaminant and/or each site, and evaluating the potential for residential use at each
<br />property.
