6.C. - Page 56 of 75 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />Attachment C <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN <br />TO UPDATE THE SALARY FOR CITY MANAGER AND CITY <br />ATTORNEY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br />determines whether to make adjustments to the salary and benefits plan for appointed <br />classifications. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The City's Classification and Salary Plan shall be amended as listed in the <br />full salary plan attached as Exhibit "A". <br />3.
