Award of construction contract for Oakwood Drive Localized Drainage <br />Management Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award a contract for the Oakwood Drive Localized Drainage <br />Management Project to Grade Tech, Inc. of San Ramon, CA for their low base <br />bid of $317,485.60 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the original contract amount. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
