The owners of the parcel have applied to San Mateo County for approval to construct a new
single-family home on the property. As a condition of approval, the County requires the property owner
to secure a new water connection and service from the City for the proposed residence. The water main
that currently serves the block and runs at the frontage is adequately sized to provide service to the
proposed residence.
The City must receive LAFCO approval to provide water service to the Property. LAFCO has requested, as
condition of approval, that the property owner execute a Declaration of Restriction (Attachment B), and
record it at the San Mateo County Clerk's Office.
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
25
