Purchase of one new, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system for Sandpiper Community Center Recommendation: By motion, (1) approve the City Manager's emergency action and determination that replacing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units without competitive bidding was necessary to respond to the emergency, (2) approve the purchase of installation services and materials from Degree HVAC, Inc. in the amount of $99,764.
