S.H. - Page 16 of 21 <br />and/or security breaches at Venture Technologies and is financially responsible for any monetary <br />losses, including legal fees, City incurs as a result of data and/or security breaches experienced <br />by Venture Technologies. HiperWeb must get written approval from the City, at least 60 days <br />prior to changing hosting service providers. <br />Data collected before and during the life of this Agreement is the property of the City. Upon <br />termination of Agreement all data will be provided to the City in a SQL database and/or any other <br />format of the City's choosing. <br />Fleet Maintenance Implementation <br />The following sections outline the requirements and the inclusive scope of the HiperWeb Fleet Module <br />Implementation project. <br />1. Process Review <br />HiperWeb will meet with Fleet staff members (SME's) to review existing processes and to make <br />system modification as needed by City. Hiperweb will schedule and provide eight hours of staff time <br />to conduct the following throughout the implementation phase: define, validate and document <br />changes to existing solid waste processes. <br />2. System Configuration <br />Hiperweb will configure the following systems: <br />• User Groups, Profiles & Security <br />• Equipment Inspection & Regular Maintenance Schedules <br />• Alerts & Notification <br />• Operational Dashboard <br />• Analytics Dashboard <br />• Reporting & queries <br />• Invoicing <br />3. Data Services <br />Data Cleanup: <br />If the data in the current system is in need of correction prior to extraction, the City will be <br />responsible for data correction that takes place in the legacy system. (However, as part of the <br />implementation process, HiperWeb consultants will provide advice and guidance related to data <br />correction). If the existing data is reliably maintained there should be no need of data correction. If <br />past practices or flawed conversions permitted incorrect data to be entered in the current system, <br />it is advisable that the City correct this prior to the extraction process beginning. <br />REV: 02-26-2020 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend.
