AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />(City Consultants & Research, LLC) <br />This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment No. 1") is entered into and effective as of <br />June 15, 2020, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and City Consultants & Research, LLC, a <br />California Limited Liability Company ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties previously executed that certain Agreement for Services, dated <br />as of February 21, 2020, (the "Agreement"). <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set <br />forth in this Amendment No. 1, including any terms and conditions of the attached Exhibit <br />A, incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. Consultant will provide the additional services set forth in Exhibit A, and <br />such services will be considered part of the Services for purposes of the Agreement. <br />2. City will pay Consultant a not -to -exceed amount of One Thousand Six <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,600) for the completion of all the services described in Exhibit A, <br />which sum will include all costs or expenses incurred by Consultant. Including all <br />amendments through Amendment No. 1, the total amount payable under the Agreement <br />shall not exceed Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />5.
