REV: 07-13-2023 SK <br />Update to Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Consultant will provide <br />technical assistance to City to upload the Consolidated Plan narrative and other related <br />documents for submission via the IDIS and eCon Planning Suite. <br />CDBG Technical Assistance <br />Work with City staff over the course of the year, sending reminders for large task items <br />during the Consolidated Plan year <br />Assist City staff with the development of 2024 Action Plan, as needed <br />Assist City staff with the development of CAPERs, as needed <br />Train new City staff members on CDBG basics/job duties, as applicable <br />Walk City staff through major tasks to increase compliance with record keeping, <br />including electronic file maintenance <br />Assist with RFQ process and selection of projects, as requested by City staff <br />Assist with monitoring of grant recipients, as needed <br />o Utilizing a Risk Assessment <br />o Monitoring of CDBG recipients <br />Attend HUD monitoring visit to answer questions on behalf of City staff. Consultant will <br />assist with any corrections and responses to HUD monitoring findings or concerns, as <br />needed.
