(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 23, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens/Bain to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to the current 5 -year Software License, Implementation, and Maintenance <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and PSD Software, LLC to modify the <br />scope of services and increase the not to exceed amount by $85,960, and authorize the <br />City Manager to amend the agreement to extend it for two additional five-year terms in an <br />amount not to exceed $228,580 and $264,986, respectively, for a total not to exceed <br />amount of $768,466. <br />Mt' 7-O�py rol�ll vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, <br />City Clerk <br />
