Councilmember <br />Aguirre made comments on behalf of the City Council Utilities Subcommittee. <br />Mayor Howard opened the Public Hearing. <br />Public Comment: <br />• Merrily Robinson <br />Motion and second, Bain and Borgens, to close the public hearing passes <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution establishing 2020 solid waste <br />collection rates for regular and unscheduled services provided by Recology San <br />Mateo County. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Aguirre, to adopt a resolution establishing 2020 <br />solid waste collection rates for regular and unscheduled services provided by <br />Recology San Mateo County. The motion passes unanimously by electronic <br />vote. <br />8.
