CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the special meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members were present. Mayor Howard led the pledge of <br />allegiance. <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following members of the public spoke <br />during Public Comment: <br />• Roland LeBrun <br />• Kent Manska <br />4. STRATEGIC PLAN IMPLEMENTATION RECOMMENDATIONS <br />• The City Council discussed recommended initiatives from staff to address Council <br />priorities of Housing, Transportation and Children and Youth. <br />• The City Council Safe Parking Ad Hoc Committee provided an update and <br />preliminary recommendations. <br />5. PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE PLATFORM <br />Legislative Consultant Dane Hutchings provided the City Council will a proposed <br />legislative platform <br />
