Adopt a resolution summarily vacating a public utility easement located on <br />the property at 353 Main Street; <br />2. By motion, approve a public utility easement, and authorize the City Manager <br />to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify <br />its content as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />3. By motion, approve an emergency vehicle access easement, and authorize <br />the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement <br />deed and to modify its content as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />improvement agreement with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />5.
