Motion and second, Bain and Borgens, to waive first reading and introduce an <br />ordinance to the City Council of the City of Redwood City adding Chapter 32, <br />Article XIII to the Redwood City Municipal Code to establish a special tax <br />financing law passes unanimously by electronic vote, with Council Member Hale <br />and Vice Mayor Masur absent. <br />8.6. Report to Council outlining minor technical adjustments to the City Council <br />district boundaries that will result in no changes to the composition of the <br />districts <br />Assistant City Manager Alex Khojikian presented a report on the minor <br />adjustments to the City Council district elections boundary maps. <br />Recommendation: <br />Review and accept report prepared by the City Clerk outlining minor technical <br />adjustments to the City Council district boundaries, as required by Section 2 of <br />Ordinance No. 2463 — City Council District Elections. Adjustments made will not <br />result in changes to the composition of the districts.
