4. Direct staff to return to the City Council in September 2020 with an update on the <br />status of late payments and rate assistance usage to determine whether to continue to <br />waive the late payment penalty; <br />5. Direct staff to provide recommendations at a future City Council meeting on use of <br />the $448,000 new allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding, once <br />further federal guidance has been received; <br />6. Direct staff to develop a resolution to appropriate $393,000 to the Emergency <br />Rental Assistance Fund; <br />7. Direct staff to develop a resolution to appropriate $300,000 to San Mateo County <br />Strong to support Redwood City small business relief efforts; <br />8. Local minimum wage update - This recommendation was not approved. <br />9.
