S.D. Water connection and service for eight new single family homes on a <br />proposed subdivision at 4057 Jefferson Avenue (APN 068-211-270), <br />unincorporated San Mateo County <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving a request to the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission (LAFCO) for extension of water services outside jurisdictional <br />boundaries for eight new single family homes on a proposed subdivision at 4057 <br />Jefferson Avenue (APN 068-211-270), unincorporated San Mateo County, <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 56133. <br />CEQA: <br />Within Scope of Previously -Approved Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />S.E. Bid Award — Peninsula 2 Potable Water Tank Seismic Improvement Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Peninsula 2 Potable <br />Water Tank Seismic Improvement Project to Valentine Corporation of San <br />Rafael for their responsive and responsible low total bid of $1,298,369.00. Also <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to <br />10% of the amount awarded. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities; Pub. Res. 21080(b)(4) (Disaster <br />Preparedness) <br />5. F. Agreement for Consultant Services with Child Care Coordinating Council of San <br />Mateo County <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement <br />for consultant services between the City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent <br />for Redwood City 2020 and Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo <br />County (Build Up) in the amount of Sixty Eight Thousand Dollars ($68,000). <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />S.G.
