It is located in unincorporated San Mateo County, within the City's water service area
and sphere of influence, but outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries. It is currently serviced by
Redwood City Water. The owners of the parcel have applied to San Mateo County for approval to
subdivide the parcel and build eight additional single family homes on the Property. As a condition of
approval, the County requires the property owner to secure eight new water connections and service
from the City for the proposed residences. The existing City's water main that currently serves the block
and runs at the frontage of the proposed subdivision is adequately sized to provide service to the
proposed residences.
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
M
