(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 13, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Reddy to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Peninsula 2 Potable Water Tank <br />Seismic Improvement Project to Valentine Corporation of San Rafael for their responsive <br />and responsible low total bid of $1,298,369.00. Also authorize the City Manager to <br />increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
