O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14146 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />2000 -2001 TREE PRESERVATION AND SIDEWALK REPAIR <br />PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />2/26/01 <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000 -2001 Tree Preservation and <br />Sidewalk Repair Program in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 2000- <br />2001 Tree Preservation and Sidewalk Repair Program - City of Redwood City, <br />California," prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, for the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
