"First Amendment"; form dated April 16, 2020, for this Board's review and <br />approval; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to rescind Resolution No.2403. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Resolution No. 2403 entitled "Resolution Approving First Amendment to <br />Employment Agreement for the Position of Executive Director and <br />Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement" is hereby rescinded in its <br />entirety. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "First Amendment to Employment <br />Agreement — Executive Director" (form dated 04/16/20) by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, by and through its Board of Port Commissioners and Kristine <br />A. Zortman, a copy of which "First Amendment to Employment Agreement <br />- Executive Director" is on file in the office of the Executive Director, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the President of this Board and the Secretary to <br />the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said "First Amendment to Employment Agreement — <br />Executive Director" for and on behalf of the Port. <br />2- <br />04/16/20 <br />
