This report provides background on federal, state and <br />local actions taken to date, feedback received from the Redwood City small business community, and <br />what a temporary moratorium on commercial evictions might entail. <br />Local, State and Federal Actions Taken To Date <br />On March 3, 2020, the San Mateo County Health Officer declared a local health emergency throughout <br />the County related to COVID-19.
