City Attorney Staff Rates for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 <br />City Attorney <br />$280.47/hour <br />Senior Assistant City Attorney <br />$212.17/hour <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />$188.25/hour <br />Deputy City Attorney <br />$154.95/hour <br />Administrative Secretary <br />$101.81/hour <br />Administrative Clerk <br />$80.66/hour <br />City Attorney Staff Rates are adopted by Council and are adjusted annually by a <br />factor equal to the net change in average City salaries and benefits costs for that <br />fiscal year. <br />B. Port Special Counsel Rate <br />Port Special Counsel: $250.00/hour plus a 9.85% overhead fee <br />Time will be charged in minimum units of 0.1 hours. <br />C.
