Final acceptance of construction improvements for the 103 Wilson Street <br />development project and release of associated bonds <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the construction improvements for 103 Wilson Street, and <br />authorize the release of the bonds in accordance with the improvement <br />agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />Project consistent with Previous Plan EIR <br />6.D. Award of contract for Redwood City Pavement Preservation Project (Twin <br />Dolphin Overlay) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard <br />form construction contract documents and award a contract for the Redwood <br />City Pavement Preservation Project (Twin Dolphin Overlay) to O'Grady Paving, <br />Inc. of Mountain View for their responsible and responsive low bid of <br />$991,411.40, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the original contract amount, for a not to exceed total <br />of $1,090,552.54. <br />CEQA: <br />CEQA: Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities; NEPA: Categorical <br />Exclusion - Highway Resurfacing (23 CFR 771.117) <br />6.E. Adopt City Council position and sponsorship on state legislation, specifically <br />AB 2852 (Mullin) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, the City Council Governance Sub -Committee recommends to adopt <br />a support and sponsor position for AB 2852 (Mullin) by motion. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.
