FXS:mge 0R/04/95 (053n/40) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/14/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12579 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH CATHOLIC CHARITIES ADULT DAY <br /> CENTER <br /> (ADULT DAY SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> FOR REDWOOD CITY SENIORS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Catholic Charities Adult Day Center, ("Contractor") <br />conducts an adult day support services program for residents of <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Program"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in <br />order to conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing <br />July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request <br />and desires to allocate to Contractor, the sum of Eleven Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Eleven and No/100 Dollars ($11,711.00) from its <br />Community Development Block Grant funds for the foregoing <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Catholic Charities Adult <br />Day Center," (Adult Day Support Services for Redwood City <br />Seniors, (form dated 08/04/95), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and Catholic Charities Adult Day Center, a copy of <br />which <br /> <br /> <br />
