<br />6.1C <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City CouncH <br />From the City Manager <br /> <br />February 11, 2008 <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br />Amendment to the Agreement for The PreseNe at Redwood Shores Environmental Impact <br />Report <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve by motion Amendment NO.1 to Agreement. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 9, 2007. the City Council approved an agreement with LSA Associates to provide <br />consultant seNices to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the PreseNe at <br />Redwood Shores (Area H). The agreement was for an amount not to exceed $177,230. <br />The document was completed and then certified by the Planning Commission on <br />December 18, 2007. <br /> <br />LSA Associates exceeded the agreement amount by $3800 due to unanticipated additional <br />work. See Attachment 1. The additional work consisted of the preparation of visual <br />simulations, additional copies of the documents, responding to issues raised by PG&E, and <br />other work. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVE <br />Do not amend the Agreement. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There will be no fiscal impact to the City.
