Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />Annual Action Plan, to allocate $448,039 in CDBG Coronavirus funding, made <br />available through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) <br />Act, and to reprogram $321,000 in unspent 2019 CDBG funding to the City's <br />COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program, and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute all related documents; and <br />2.
