7.A. - Page 10 of 38 <br />WHEREAS, a 10 -day request for public comments on the draft amendment to the <br />Community Participation Plan has been published covering the period from April 24, <br />2020 to May 4, 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The amended Community Participation Plan, prepared in accordance with <br />the requirements of Section 104(a) of the Housing and Community Development Act of <br />1974 (P.L. 93-383), as amended, and attached to the May 4, 2020 staff report, is hereby <br />adopted. <br />2.
