DES:djk n8/04/95 (012/41) <br /> t~_~ I G I N A L <br /> 8/14/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12567 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES FOR THE <br /> SANDPIPER PARK JOINT USE PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional <br />Services for Project Manager for the Sandpiper Park Joint Use <br />Project", by and between the Belmont Elementary District, a <br />public school district in the County of San Mateo, the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />and Vanir Construction Management, Inc., a California <br />corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
