Final acceptance for 2019 Striping Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the 2019 Striping Project and authorize the release of bonds <br />and retention according to City procedures. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Installation of stop signs on Harrison Avenue at Clinton Street <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the installation of stop signs on Harrison Avenue <br />at its intersection with Clinton Street. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.1. Authorization to apply for and receive $300,000 in Local Early Action Planning <br />(LEAP) Grant funds to support housing -related planning activities, particularly <br />the community visioning process for the Central Redwood City Plan and future <br />updates to the Housing Element <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing application for, and receipt of $300,000 in <br />Planning Grant Program Funds from the State of California Department of <br />Housing and Community Development. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance establishing special revenue <br />funds for the accounting of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />funds, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds, and to create a <br />Housing Support Fund derived from Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) revenue <br />from short term rental uses and AB 1717 Prepaid Wireless Utility Tax revenue <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance adding Sections 2.41.16 through <br />2.41.18 to Chapter 2, Article IV of the Redwood City Municipal Code to establish <br />special revenue funds in the City's financial system to be known as the CDBG <br />Fund, the HOME Fund and the Housing Support Fund. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 4of6 <br />
