6.E. - Page 8 of 12 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-7252 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WOODSIDE <br />CONSENTING TO THE REMOVAL OF 155 BARDET FROM THE TOWN CENTER SEWER <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND ANNEXATION TO THE FAIR OARS SEWLR MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT (APH 073-050-270) <br />WHEREAS, I,he property at 1.55 Rardel., 71PN 073 -Oaf) --7,70, ]J,E:s within <br />the -boundaries of the Redwood Creek Trunk Sewer Assessment District <br />and was initially assessed a sewer connection to the Redwood•Creek <br />Sewer Assessment District (RCSAD) owned and operated by Fair Oaks <br />Sewer Maintenance District (FOSMD). The parcel was also subsequently <br />included in the Town Center Sewer Assessment. Dj..gtri.ot (TCSAD); and <br />WHEREAS, the property constructed a new gravity sewer lateral <br />connecting to FOSMD in the early 1990s, however FOSMD has no record of <br />the connection; and <br />WHEREAS, the property residence is currently being reconstructed <br />and the property owner has requested _hat the existing sewer <br />connection be allowed to remain; and <br />WHEREAS, because the existing connection drains by gravity to <br />FOSMD and would need to be pumped if it were connected to -he TCSAD <br />syster.,, Town and FOSMD staff agreeit would be appropriate to formally <br />annex the property to FOSMD and remove the property from the TCSAD;. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council finds that such annexation would be in the <br />best intorc.9t of the Town and of the .:air Oaks Sowor Maintenance <br />District, according to the agreement between the two agencies, dated <br />April 2, 1966. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF WOODSIDE that the Town of Woodside hereby removes that Certain <br />real property situated in the Town of Woodside, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 073-050- <br />270 from the Town Center Sewer Assessment District and consents to the <br />annexation of all of that certain real property situated in the Town <br />of Woodside, County of San Mateo, State of California, identified as <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 073-050-270 to the Fair -Oaks Sewer <br />Maintenance District. <br />Passed and adopted by _he Town Council of the Town of Woodside, <br />California, at a meeting thereof held on the 11th day of September <br />2016, by the following vote of the members thereof: <br />1 <br />B,FSD. 2018-72.52 <br />09/13/2j713 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />ATTY/AGR/2018/AMENDIM ENTS/AMEND NO.9 -TOWN OF WOODSIDE AND FAIR OAKS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />REV: 11-07-18 PR <br />120 <br />
