8.A. - Page 4 of 28 <br />• End of 2020 - Release results of technical work, get further input and priorities from community, <br />including location of hub station. <br />Staff at each of the participating agencies will continue work on foundational technical studies and on <br />refining a situation -appropriate outreach plan, while also monitoring the current public health emergency <br />and its potential impacts. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />To the extent that Activities in the MOU are not already funded, costs associated with implementation <br />will be identified at the time of initiation and additional appropriations will be requested. Time to support <br />coordination activities will be incorporated into the work plans of relevant staff. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />Adopting an MOU is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
