This document will <br />be amended as needed, such as at key milestones, when new Parties are added, or with changes <br />to Activity scopes or timelines. After signing the MOU, the Directors Steering Committee intends <br />to meet semi-annually to affirm ongoing Activities in accordance with this MOU.
