Recommendation <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a <br />MOU with partner transit agencies for completion <br />of technical studies and planning work supporting <br />the creation of the Transit District as well as <br />coordination regarding the Dumbarton Rail Corridor <br />Project, Redwood City Station Visioning and <br />Concept Planning, Whipple Avenue Grade <br />Separation Study, and Reimagine SamTrans, and <br />further authorize the City Manager to execute MOU <br />amendments within the scope of this authorization. <br />10 of 10 <br />
