Amendment No. 3 to the Design Professional Agreement for engineering <br />services with Bellecci & Associates for the Middlefield Road Phase 1 <br />Underground Utility District Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />3 to the Design Professional Agreement for engineering services with Bellecci & <br />Associates for the Middlefield Road Phase 1 Underground Utility District Project <br />in the amount of $69,966, for a total contract amount of $588,156. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E.
