6. COMPENSATION. The Port Board and City agree that the Port Board shall <br />fix and provide compensation to the City Attorney for all services rendered on behalf of <br />the Port Board pursuant to the schedule described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit A shall be administratively updated annually at <br />the end of each fiscal year as submitted to the Port Department by the City Attorney's <br />Office to take effect on the first day of each fiscal year_ <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this MOU the day and <br />year first hereinabove written. <br />ATTEST: <br />R.
