(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 18, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU) with partner transit agencies for completion of technical studies <br />and planning work supporting the creation of the Transit District as well as coordination <br />regarding the Dumbarton Rail Corridor Project, Redwood City Station Visioning and <br />Concept Planning, Whipple Avenue Grade Separation Study, and Reimagine SamTrans, <br />and further authorize the City Manager to execute MOU amendments within the scope of <br />this authorization. <br />
