Adopt three resolutions for the appropriation of funds associated to the <br />financial impacts related to COVID-19 <br />Recommendation: <br />1) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City waiving <br />late payment penalties for solid waste, water and sewer utilities for the period <br />of March 2020 through August 2020 for residential and commercial customers <br />due to the COVID-19 pandemic; (501) Res (0026) 15836 <br />2) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />appropriating $393,000 from the General Fund to establish a Covid-19 <br />emergency rental assistance program in the affordable housing fund; and (501) <br />Res(0027)15837 <br />3) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />appropriating $300,000 from the General Fund to contribute to San Mateo <br />County Strong to support Redwood City small business relief efforts.
