By motion, approve, and authorize City Manager to execute: <br />1. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with CSG <br />Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $60,000 for a total contract of $1,260,000 for <br />building inspection and plan review services, and extend the agreement for two <br />months; <br />2. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with Interwest <br />Consulting Group to extend the agreement for two months for building <br />inspection and plan review services; <br />3. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with SAFEbuilt, LLC <br />to make changes to the fee schedule in the agreement and extend the <br />agreement for two months for building inspection and plan review services; <br />4. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with Shums Coda & <br />Associates, Inc. to extend the agreement for two months for building inspection <br />and plan review services; and <br />5. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with TRB + <br />Associates, Inc. to make changes to the fee schedule in the agreement and <br />extend the agreement for two months for building inspection and plan review <br />services; and <br />6. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Professional Services with West Coast <br />Code Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $1,500,000 for a total contract of <br />$5,050,000 for building inspection and plan review services, and extend the <br />agreement for two months. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. Award of contract for Redwood Creek Revetment Project at Bradford Street <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Redwood Creek <br />Revetment Project at Bradford Street to Brannon Corporation of Morgan Hill for <br />their responsive and responsible bid of $213,446 and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
