6.B. - Page 3 of 11 <br />The proposed increase to expenditures of $150,000 is for operating expenses relating to tenant <br />improvements. <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Proposed revenue decreases total $1.35 million particularly relating to decreased parking revenue <br />estimates based on actual revenue recorded to date in FY 2019-2020. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The net change in fund balance for each fund is shown in the Analysis Section of this report. Sufficient <br />resources are available within the fund balance/net position in the respective funds, or will be made <br />available through grants or increased revenues that will be received this fiscal year to support these <br />recommended appropriation adjustments. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council could elect not to approve any or all of these recommended adjustments.
