Bioretention Area Maintenance Plan for <br />353 Main Street <br />August 21, 2019 <br />Project Address and Cross Streets: 353 Main Street — Veterans Drive. <br />Assessor's Parcel No.: 052-38-3370 <br />Property Owner: 353 Main Street Apartments, LP Phone No.: 408-984-5600 <br />Designated Contact: Drew Walstrum Phone No.: 408-984-5600 <br />Mailing Address: 1650 Lafayette Street, Santa Clara, CA 95054 <br />The property contains 1 bioretention area(s), located as described below and as shown in <br />the attached site plan'. <br />Bioretention Pond is located North-Eastern corner of property adjacent to the building. <br />I. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which <br />reduces pollutant removal efficiency and may lead to Bioretention area failure. Routine <br />maintenance activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted, are shown in <br />Table 1. <br />Table 1 <br />Routine Maintenance Activities for Bioretention Areas <br />No. <br />Maintenance Task <br />Frequency of Task <br />1 <br />Remove obstructions, weeds, debris and trash from <br />Quarterly, or as needed after storm <br />bioretention area and its inlets and outlets; and dispose of <br />events <br />properly. <br />2 <br />Inspect bioretention area for standing water.
