Original Attachment 2 Quarantine Algorithm of the Agreement is hereby replaced with a <br />new Attachment 2 Quarantine Algorithm (revised and approved June 16, 2016), attached <br />and incorporated as Attachment 2 by this reference. <br />10. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement between the County and Contractor <br />shall remain in full force and effect except as expressly amended herein. <br />11.
