Services <br />From October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, Consultant shall continue to provide its Managing <br />Director, David Cattivera, to serve as the Interim Executive Director for Redwood City <br />2020. All other consultant duties specified in the Agreement's scope of work will remain. <br />II. Fee Schedule <br />City shall pay Consultant a flat monthly fee of $12,000, which is inclusive of all advertising <br />fees and local travel -related costs for the Consultant's team.
