7.A. - Page 15 of 16 <br />3. The proposed Candidate Statement Fee, set forth in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and adopted. <br />4. Commencing on July 1, 2022 and on July 1 of each even -numbered year <br />thereafter, the proposed Candidate Statement Fee shall be administratively revised <br />based on the most current Redwood City Salary Plan. <br />5. This activity is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) as defined in CEQA Guidelines, Section 15378, because it has no potential for <br />resulting in either a direct or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the <br />environment. <br />6.
