Despite being surrounded by multiple new <br />developments and construction sites, 612 Jefferson is the only 100% <br />affordable ownership housing development currently anticipated in <br />downtown Redwood City. The site is adjacent to a bus stop, within 0.5 <br />miles of the Redwood City Caltrain Station, and within walking distance to <br />jobs, parks, entertainment, and essential amenities.
