Adopt a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan <br />(2020 Action Plan) and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and <br />file documents related to the 2020 Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development; <br />2.
